Processing Time
- Physical Products (Apparel): Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner and typically take 2-7 business days to produce before shipping.
- Digital Products (Printables): Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. It may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to your email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Physical Products: We ship within the United States using standard shipping services. Estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days after production is complete. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-17 business days.

Digital Products: Instant downloads are ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with your download link within a few minutes of purchase confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your physical order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship physical products within the United States. Digital products are available for instant download worldwide.
Customs and Import Taxes
Digital products do not incur customs fees. Physical products are shipped domestically within the US, so no customs or import taxes apply.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
